Kevin has served as volunteer counsel for the Thayne Fire Department since 2000. Working with the Thayne Fire Department leadership, the Mayors of the Towns of Thayne and Star Valley Ranch, Sen. Dan Dockstader, the Lincoln County Commissioners, and other community leaders, including Marti Halverson and Lance Skinner, Kevin helped lead the effort to form the Mid-Valley Fire District. He emphasized the need for adequate funding of fire and emergency response services. Since the District’s formation in 2022, Kevin has served on the District’s Board and is currently the Board’s President.
